Ingredients:

  • rice (Grain)
  • salmon (Meat/Fish)

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and honey in a bowl. 3. Place salmon in glass baking dish. Glaze salmon with sauce mixture and pour remaining mixture in the bottom of the dish. 4. Cook salmon for 20 minutes. 5. Cook rice. Make sure to rinse rice with cold water until water runs clear. 6. Slice cucumber and avocado. 7. When salmon is done, cut up into bite size chunks. 8. Place cucumber, avocado, and salmon over bowl of rice. Dress with spicy mayo.
