Ingredients:

  • tomato (Fruit)
  • avocado (Fruit)

Preparation:

1. Toast two pieces of bread. 2. Prepare avocado by mashing and adding your favorite seasonings (I like garlic powder, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper!) 3. Slice tomatoes and red onion 4. When bread is done toasting, spread avocado across both pieces and layer tomatoes and onion on top. 5. Add everything bagel seasoning or feta cheese if desired. Enjoy!
